Companies Not Allowed to Register Domain

A domain can be registered if the company is officially registered, legally active, and possesses valid official documents, and if there is no official letter or court decision preventing it from conducting transactions or acting in its name. In such cases, the domain registration request can be provisionally accepted after completing the required requirements.

However, if the request involves any of the following:

Restriction on acting in the company’s name
Suspension of the company’s transactions
A judicial seizure/order preventing official dealings
A dispute over management or the authorized signatory
A legal hold preventing the issuance of confirmation letters or official transactions

Then it is preferable not to proceed with the domain registration or issue any official confirmation until a formal approval is received from the Companies Registration Department or the competent legal authority confirming that the company is allowed to continue such transactions.
