what Are the Domain Registration Requirements for Companies

Required documents:

- Official company registration documents, complete, including meeting minutes, certificate, etc., or the QR code issued by the Companies Registration Department.
- A domain reservation request letter on the company’s official letterhead, as follows:

To: Communications and Media Commission
Subject: Domain Reservation

We kindly request your approval to reserve the following domain:

__________________________.com.iq

Through your accredited registrar, Delta for Information Technology and Software Solutions.

We authorize Mr. ________________________________ to complete the reservation procedures.

- Documents of the authorized managing director.
- Documents of the authorized representative.

Note:

The request must be submitted on the company’s official letterhead, clearly written, signed, and stamped.
The documents must include the Civil Status ID and Residence Card, or passport.
All documents must be clear; otherwise, the request will be disregarded.
